People's deputies told how they will celebrate the New Year. Poll in the Verkhovna Rada
People's deputies told how they will celebrate the New Year holidays.

The New Year is rushing towards us, everything will happen soon.
We asked the deputies about how, with whom and where they will celebrate the New Year? We show the answers in our poll within the walls of the Verkhovna Rada.
New Year in a deputy way
Nestor Shufrich People's Deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life party:
“I will celebrate the New Year with a friend in Kyiv. VU, due to certain circumstances, we will not be able to leave Kyiv. Although we planned. Therefore, we will celebrate together with our long-term comrade and with our families.”
Daniil Getmantsev - People's Deputy from the party "Servant of the People":
“I will celebrate at home in Ukraine. I'm not going anywhere. What I will give for the New Year to my loved ones, I don’t know yet. I want to start this week over. And then I will be preparing for the holiday at a very accelerated pace. ”
Alexander Yurchenko - non-factional people's deputy:
“One hundred percent I will celebrate in Kyiv. But in what circle I will meet the New Year, I don’t know yet. Maybe it will be my parents, or children, or some circle of my friends.”
Geo Leros - non-factional people's deputy:
“As you know, because of the middle finger, they chose a measure of restraint for me. In addition, my passport was taken away from me, so it is obvious that I will celebrate the New Year in Ukraine.”
Yuri Kamelchuk - People's Deputy from the party "Servant of the People":
“I always celebrate Christmas with my parents. But on New Year's Eve, my wife and I, as a rule, go somewhere. We celebrate the holiday, without big and noisy companies. Maybe it will be abroad, and then we will return to the Ukrainian snow-covered Carpathians.”
Yuri Pavlenko - people's deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life:
“Traditionally, for many years now, we have been celebrating the New Year at home, with our family: my wife and three sons. For the youngest, this will be the first meaningful New Year, he will be 2 years old next year. The youngest son is already preparing for the New Year, he already knows who St. Nicholas is. He is looking forward to when we put up the Christmas tree.”
Sergey Taruta - nPeople's Deputy "Batkivshchyna":
“Traditionally, as always, I celebrate the New Year in Kyiv, Ukraine. Previously, mom was alive, and we always met mom in Mariupol. Now mommy is gone, and therefore we meet ourselves in the family circle. ”
Maxim Buzhansky - People's Deputy "Servant of the People": “I plan to celebrate the New Year at home.”
Alexey Goncharenko - People's Deputy "Eurolidarity": "I will go home to Odessa."
Alexey Ustenko - People's Deputy "Servant of the People": “I will celebrate the holidays at home with my family. We're probably not going anywhere. At least we will be in Kyiv with my family. Maybe we'll go to the district. For now, these are the plans.”
Vladimir Vyatrovich - People's Deputy "Eurosolidarity": “I think somewhere here: in Kyiv or near Kyiv. Or I’ll go to relatives in Galicia.”
Alexander Kachura - People's Deputy "Servant of the People":
“For Christmas, we gather more at the big table all relatives and close people, my parents and my wife's parents. And we mostly celebrate the New Year at home, without any noisy companies.
How will you congratulate your party members on the holidays? What will you give your loved ones for the New Year and Christmas?
Daniil Getmantsev - People's Deputy "Servant of the People":
“I will congratulate fellow party members with a warm word. Why not gifts? But you can imagine how many members of the same party we have, just one deputy's salary is not enough for gifts to congratulate everyone. Unless it's something handmade. For example, I will draw something, because this is also a gift option. And what crafts, for example, burning. I had a burnt out as a child, I can get it from the mezzanine.
Alexey Goncharenko - People's Deputy "Eurosolidarity":
“I think it's a more intimate matter. To be honest, I have not yet decided what I will give to relatives, but I think that I will somehow cope with this topic.
Of course, I will congratulate my fellow party members on holidays. We have a group chat, I will definitely write congratulations to everyone on the 31st. As for gifts. By the way, this is a good idea. You can give everyone a cup of Goncharenko Center. A good idea".
Yuri Pavlenko - people's deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life:
“There are some souvenirs that you give to the closest people with whom you work. And now I am engaged in gifts for relatives and friends. It’s also such a difficult procedure for me, to be honest.”
Maxim Buzhansky - People's Deputy from the party "Servant of the People":
“What I will give to my loved ones is a secret. And to colleagues in the faction - all the more a secret! I just have different surprises.
Alexander Yurchenko - non-factional people's deputy:
“I’ll probably give my father some interesting book. And some toys for the kids. Maybe some kind of pro-Ukrainian toys. I am working more to ensure that the New Year for children begins with Nikolai. You understand that Father Frost is a character imposed by the Soviet Union that never existed in Ukraine. And which was invented just a couple of years ago, so to speak, with the participation of the Soviet Union. I don’t plan to congratulate fellow party members.”
Alexey Ustenko - People's Deputy "Servant of the People":
“I plan to congratulate those party members with whom I am friends. But we have a big faction. It's not like 20 or 30 people. When the team is not big, it is easy to congratulate. And so we have a large deputy salary is not enough to congratulate everyone. And somehow, probably, we will still congratulate our colleagues somehow. But this is rare. And so I plan to give a postcard. For the People's Deputy, attention is also important!”
Alexander Kachura - People's Deputy "Servant of the People":
“What I will give to my loved ones, I have not decided yet. It's a secret. But who will speak and spoil the surprise. Any gift is a surprise!
As for the congratulations of colleagues, it is possible that I will congratulate someone on the holidays, though not all. Because it seems to me that in politics, and in life in general, there cannot be many friends. And I congratulate those who do not need to be congratulated, but those whom I want to congratulate! I think this is the right approach."
Yuri Kamelchuk - People's Deputy "Servant of the People":
“If we go to visit our parents, then, as a rule, we bring sweets with us. Or gifts that are somehow related to personal comfort. It can be some kind of warm blanket, scarf, or something that is associated with winter.
I don’t have such a habit of giving gifts to colleagues, as I once had at school. Imagine 250 members of the Servant of the People faction. And if we are still friends with other colleagues from another faction. You can calculate the approximate budget for gifts. I don't do things. I send money mostly to charity.”
Nestor Shufrich - people's deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life:
“I can’t say for sure about gifts for relatives! Let it be a surprise.
Members of the same party, of course, we will congratulate. We congratulate everyone, but how else? I will probably make gifts. But again, let this be our internal question. We have to keep some intrigue."
Geo Leros - non-factional people's deputy:
“About gifts to colleagues, I think that this is an incorrect question. I didn't plan. And if I do congratulate, I think that this is a personal matter.
Vladimir Vyatrovich - People's Deputy "Eurosolidarity":
“No, I definitely won’t congratulate fellow party members!”
Sergey Taruta - People's Deputy "Batkivshchyna":
“Congratulations to fellow party members all the time. I will not give any gifts. I think that it is not very serious to give gifts to colleagues. We gave gifts as children. Give gifts to the nearest and dearest. As for close people, I plan to give everyone something individual.
