Conflicts and nervous breakdowns. How Kyiv survived the first day of the "transport" lockdown. Reportage
And lockdown again.

From today, at the railway and bus stations in Ukraine, you can’t just sit down and leave with a ticket to another region.
You need to have a certificate of vaccination or do PCR / rapid testing for COVID-19.
About how the central railway station and the bus station of Kyiv worked today in this mode, about clashes, disputes and opinions of citizens - we show in our report.
Checking vaccination certificates in Kyiv
It is known that express testing points should work at 10 railway stations: Kyiv, Kharkov, Odessa, Dnipro, Zaporozhye, Mukachevo, Krivoy Rog, Vinnitsa and Poltava.
Passengers who have bought a train ticket will be able to take a test for 350 UAH. The CSD Medical Laboratory became the agent of the railroad in carrying out express testing.
But many passengers criticize such rules. So the man had a verbal skirmish with the conductor due to the fact that he did not have a vaccination certificate, and he did not pass the express test. The man was allowed on the train, but the conductor warned that he would be removed from the flight at another station.
Transportation in the red and yellow zone
On October 21, new rules for interregional transportation in the "yellow" and "red" zones came into force in Ukraine. For trips between regions, both drivers and passengers must have one of the following documents:
- "Green" or "yellow" certificate in "Dії" about full vaccination or receiving at least one dose.
- The "yellow" certificate can only be used in the regions of the "yellow" zone;
- a document confirming the receipt of one dose of the vaccine - form 063-O, which can be used in the "yellow" zone;
an international certificate of vaccination, which can be obtained from a family doctor; - a foreign certificate of full vaccination with drugs, the use of which has been authorized by WHO;
- negative PCR test or rapid antigen test - valid for 72 hours.
These rules do not apply to children under 18, but all citizens over 12 are required to wear protective masks.
