Today is the 308th day of the war.

Ukraine continues to strengthen its positions in the Lugansk region and can liberate an extremely important settlement, while the situation in the Donetsk direction remains difficult and stable.

The Ukrainian authorities report that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 702 critical infrastructure facilities have been damaged in the country: gas pipelines, electrical substations, bridges, etc. In general, more than 35 objects have been destroyed in Ukraine as a result of Russian attacks.

Armed Forces of Ukraine approached the liberation of Kremennaya

For several days now, there have been talks about the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Luhansk direction, which, however, is not as fast as it was in the Kharkiv region. Earlier we wrote about The Armed Forces of Ukraine practically occupied Kremennaya and are moving towards Svatovoand now there is information that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively approaching the complete liberation of Kremennaya.

Kremennaya is the "gateway" to Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, important industrial centers of Donbass. The capture of the city will expand the foothold for Ukrainian troops in the region and give them control over the main roads leading to Severodonetsk and Lysichansk.

At the same time, the Russians fortified their positions near Kremennaya with defensive barriers, the fighting continues. In this regard, British intelligence believes that the Russians can make it a priority to hold the front at Kremennaya, given the importance of the settlement for the logistical support of their troops.
