In Kyiv, the load on the energy system is critical, but not hopeless: in which areas the light was returned

It was possible to redistribute the load in the city's energy system, now Obolon, Kurenevka and Borshchagovka are approximately in the same conditions as the rest of the cities. This was announced by the CEO of Yasno Syarhei Kavalenka в Facebook.

"The state of the power system in Kyiv continues to be critical, but the situation has shifted somewhat. Thanks to the efforts of power engineers, the load on the network has been redistributed. Now Obolon, Kurenevka and Borshchagovka are approximately in the same conditions as the rest of the city," the report says. 

Warm weather also contributes to the improvement of the situation in the energy system of the capital. However, the company asks to be careful with the use of technology and not plug everything into the outlet at once.

On the morning of Saturday, December 24, due to shelling and damage to equipment, one of the power plants stopped generating, a significant shortage of electricity remains in the energy system, the most difficult situation is in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, in the east and south.
