In Donetsk, miners are evacuated from the mine. A. A. Skochinsky. This was announced in Telegram by the "mayor" of Donetsk Alexei Kulemzin. 

"The ventilation of the main western shaft of the mine named after A.A. Skochinsky has been stopped. 329 people are underground. Evacuation is underway. The reason for stopping the ventilation is being investigated."- wrote the head of the city. 

The “Ministry of Coal Industry of the DPR” reported that there were no casualties. The cause of the fan stop was overheating of the bearing. The launch of backup equipment is expected. The miners will be able to return to work after checking the production of methane and carbon dioxide levels.   

The enterprise is located in the Kirovsky district of Donetsk. November 2020 a fire broke out in the underground drift, killing four workers. On April 11, 2014, there was a methane release at the mine. Seven miners were killed.
