Now the NAPC has taken over the judges of the Constitutional Court headed by Tupitsky

Head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Alexander Tupitsky keep chasing. Actually, not only him. The National Anti-Corruption Agency went through a number of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, and two of them found signs of criminal offenses in their declarations.

It is about Victor Krivenko, who did not declare a land plot in Crimea worth UAH 4 million, as well as Alexandra Kasminina (who, like Tupitsky, got under Zelensky's "zeroing" decree), who did not provide information about the cost of a capital apartment (UAH 2,4 million).

The NAPC also found out that the judge of the Constitutional Court Vladimir Moyik in the declaration for 2019, he did not indicate the income of 239 thousand hryvnias received in the form of exemption from paying debt under a loan agreement.

In the declarations of five judges of the Constitutional Court - Alexander Tupitsky, Igor Slidenko, Sergey Sas, Viktor Gorodovenko and Viktor Kolesnik found minor violations that do not provide for administrative or criminal liability.

On Tupitsky stopped separately:

“In the declaration for 2020, Alexander Tupitsky already indicated a land plot with an area of 126 m2, located near Yalta in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

However, the judge noted that the land has been in his ownership since 2018. As part of the audit, it was established that Oleksandr Tupytsky did not receive ownership of the land in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. According to the information available in the NAPC, the judge actually received this site for use.

As reported, in the declarations for previous years, Alexander Tupitsky did not indicate at all information about his land plot in Crimea, which he received under Russian law.
