• in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, as a result of the defeat of the place of deployment of the invaders, 6 units of weapons and military equipment were destroyed and up to 150 soldiers were injured;
• Zaporozhye region destroyed 5 units of weapons and military equipment and about 100 soldiers were injured. Information about the dead infidels is being specified.
• The defeat of 15 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, as well as two positions of anti-aircraft missile systems of the enemy was confirmed.
• Air defense units shot down a Ka-52 helicopter and 3 Orlan UAVs.
• They hit 3 command posts, 6 areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, the composition of ammunition and 5 other important enemy targets, including 1 radar station.

Wagner acts contrary to the Kremlin

"The fact that now Russian propaganda, with all available resources, at one moment began to relay a fake about a certain threat of Ukraine using a" dirty "bomb - this is alarming," the expert noted.

"Today, October 23, almost simultaneously, the main pool of Russian federal-level media (RIA Novosti, Russia Today, Izvestia) and dozens of auxiliary ones (URA.RU, RIA FAN, etc.) began to spread the news about a terrorist attack allegedly being prepared in Ukraine using a "dirty" bomb," Kovalenko said.

The observer emphasized that this news is being disseminated simultaneously by information resources that are controlled by both the FSB and the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation:

"That is, it is not IPSO of any one power structure, but of a general order, which especially draws attention to it."

Energodar. In the morning the city was again under fire. The Alisa Hotel, where Russian officers often stayed, was damaged. 

Smooth. In Rivne, due to Russian shelling of energy facilities, the Rivneazot enterprise was partially de-energized and a forced emergency shutdown of key mineral fertilizer production workshops took place.

In particular, the ammonia shop, the shop for nitric acid, limestone-ammonium nitrate and ammonium nitrate were stopped.

Donetsk. The Kirovsky and Kuibyshevsky districts of the city are under fire. In the Kuibyshev district, 2 houses of the private sector were damaged - window glazing was broken, roofs, facades, fences and power lines were cut with shrapnel.

In the Kirovsky district, school No. 76 and a training and production plant came under fire. Glazing windows, roofs, facades were damaged.
