It is also important that the number of international organizations that will participate in the summit has increased In particular, at the expense of the OSCE", — added Dzhaparova, noting that last year the countries Africa, South America and Asia (except Japan) were not presented on the Crimean platform.
The day before it was noted that the summit will focus on the following main topics:
- role of temporary occupation Crimea in the deployment of full-scale aggression against Ukraine;
- common efforts to restore security and stability in the region of the Black and Azov Seas;
- further steps in response to Russian violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in Crimea, in particular in relation to ethnic Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars;
- strengthening the policy of non-recognition of any change in the international legal status of Crimea;
- the effectiveness of sanctions, their strengthening and prevention of circumvention.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said online that the Alliance would continue to help Ukraine, but urged to prepare for a difficult winter.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz noted that the West "never recognizes" the annexation of Ukrainian regions by Russia and will continue to adhere to tough sanctions against the Russian Federation. President of France Emmanuel Macron urged not to make any compromises with the Russian Federation.
