Who wrote four million denunciations? Neighbors in Ternopil succeeded in de-energizing the house, which always had light
In a house in Ternopil that is connected to the light, renting a one-room apartment costs 20 hryvnias per month.

The issue of unfair distribution of electricity between consumers in Ukraine during planned and emergency shutdowns continues to be extremely painful for Ukrainian citizens and leads to real social indignation on the ground. But the most revealing was the behavior of the residents of Ternopil.
Yes, Ternopil Svyatoslav Zhurovsky, who developed a map of the electricity supply in the city, сообщилthat the house on Tsegelny lane 1-d was on a “good line” of power supply - along with a bakery, and therefore there was always light in it. Residents of neighboring houses wrote collective complaints - and now they are all sitting together without electricity.
Commentators under the post indicate that the case when people complain about neighboring houses is not an isolated one.
And other commentators lamented the fact that people want others to feel as bad as they do, and do not write appeals in order to achieve a more stable electricity supply for everyone.
Entrepreneurial citizens took advantage of the situation with “non-switchable” houses in Ternopil. So, the network appeared ad about renting a one-room apartment in which there is always light. For her, they asked for a large sum even for Kyiv - 20 thousand hryvnias plus utility bills. However, this ad was later removed, possibly due to the fact that they began to turn off the lights there after complaints.
The energy situation remains challenging
As of December 23, restoration work continues after the attack on the Ukrainian energy system on December 19.
The most difficult situation with energy supply remains in the central regions of Ukraine, in particular, in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Yes, in Kiev all districts have already resumed water and heat supply, but emergency power outages continue throughout the city. There is a positive trend in the city, which was achieved thanks to the restoration work and the restriction of consumption by the citizens themselves. At the same time, low water pressure can be observed on the upper floors of high-rise buildings. In addition, the city has completely abandoned electric transport and switched to bus transportation.
And in Dnieper, where the situation was also difficult, have already been able to return to the stabilization shutdown schedules, which are working as planned. Graphs were made so that the light was absent for no more than 4 hours in a row after 5 hours of light.
В Odessa, Chernihiv и Kirovograd regions also moved on to shutdown schedules.
Energy crisis touched and business Ivano-Frankivsk region. It is reported that there, until January 31, inclusive, they introduce schedules for limiting electricity consumption for 21 energy-intensive enterprises. The new regime of restrictions provides for a reduction in consumption by 36% from 8 am to 23 pm and by 00% the rest of the time.
We also wrote about due to blackouts, Ukrainians expect a new wave of cuts by the New Year, and told that in Ukraine they do not consider the possibility of evacuating the population in case of a long blackout.
