Is the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine waiting for an attack from Belarus? Naev announced the talks between Putin and Lukashenko
The Russians should not be underestimated, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine believes, and they are waiting for the “unification” of the Kremlin and Belarus for a new offensive.

Russian leader Vladimir Putin will discuss with the leader of the Belarusian regime Alexander Lukashenko the involvement of Belarus in the war against Ukraine. Thus, Belarus can decide on a ground operation. This is discussed in statementsand Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Sergei Naev.
Naev recalled that recently the head of the Kremlin held an official meeting with the leadership of the Russian army. As Putin himself said, he considered the proposals of the military command for the near and medium term.
Probably, at a meeting in Minsk tomorrow, the dictator will put pressure on Lukashenka to launch a ground operation.
"Immediately after that, he announced a meeting with the leadership of the Republic of Belarus soon. In our opinion, during this meeting, issues of further aggression against Ukraine and a wider involvement of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus in the operation against Ukraine will be worked out, in particular, in our opinion, drier," Naev said.
Don't underestimate the enemy
The Russian army still poses a significant threat to Ukraine, so it should not be underestimated. Alexander Syrsky, Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this in an interview published by The Economist on December 15.
"The Russians are not idiots. They are not weak. Anyone who underestimates them is doomed to defeat," Syrsky said.
According to him, now the invaders are changing tactics. They attack in small but well-coordinated squads, which is costly in terms of soldiers' lives, but this has "never been the highest priority for Russia."
“I feel any loss right here in my heart,” Syrsky emphasized, hitting his chest.
