Financial assistance to Ukrainians: who and how can get 6600 UAH per person?

Some charitable organizations continue to help Ukrainians who find themselves in a difficult situation. How сообщает Ministry of Reintegration, some Ukrainians can receive financial assistance from the American charitable organization HIAS.

Cash assistance provided in the amount of 2200 hryvnia for each family member for 3 months.

Who can ask for help?

Victims of hostilities in Brovary, Bucha, Irpen and other settlements in the Kyiv and Kharkov regions can receive assistance. Not only people who lost their homes and livelihoods as a result of hostilities in these territories, but also vulnerable families of IDPs from these areas can apply for financial assistance. Also, persons with disabilities, members of single-parent families, etc. can receive assistance. Cash payments may be claimed by:

• IDP families displaced within the last 30 days;
• Households affected by shelling;
• families who have lost a family member, livelihood (damaged/lost store, farm, livestock, etc.) as a result of hostilities;
• Internally displaced persons or persons who moved more than 30 days ago, who have an income of less than 5400 hryvnia per person (for the last 3 months) and meet at least one of the vulnerability criteria:

1. have two or more children;
2. are persons with disabilities;
3. the household is run by one person (male or female);
4. are pregnant or women with children under 2 years of age;
5. have older people (55+ years) in the family.

Preference is given to HPE families who have been registered within the last month, even if they don't qualify under the above vulnerability categories. Important: financial support is not provided to those families who have already received payments from other international organizations.

Where can you go for help?

You need to apply at the permanent registration center at: Brovary, st. Independence, 5, on weekdays with 9: 00 to 18: 00. Mobile teams also work in the Kyiv region. You can follow their schedule at Telegram channel.

For residents of the Kharkiv region: in Chuguev at the address Gvardeyskaya str., 2, school premises No. 1, on weekdays. And also with the help of mobile teams, the schedule of which is in Telegram channel.

Need with you have personal documents:

• passport;
• tax number (for all family members, including children);
• bank account IBAN number (for each adult family member);
• IDP certificate (if available).

If someone in your family belongs to one of the categories of vulnerability, you must have a certificate or document that confirms this. Must be present to register all family members, including children.
