Pensioners will receive money in their hands: Ukrainians from de-occupied territories will be able to receive their payments in a new way
Residents of the de-occupied territories, who received a pension on the card, will be able to receive money in their hands.

The government adopted relevant legislative changes allowing pensioners in the de-occupied territories (DOT), who were credited with a pension on a card, to receive cash payments.
About it сообщает press service of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.
To receive payments in hand, you must submit an application to any local government for the calculation of a pension in cash. Previously, this could only be done with a personal presence at the branch of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Money will be delivered by Ukrposhta.
Currently, all life support systems are being restored in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine. However, while power supply and communications are not everywhere, banks and ATMs have not started working everywhere.
"So that the residents of the bunker - pensioners - could finally receive the funds accrued by the state, and the aforementioned legislative innovation was introduced," the message says.
True, not everything is so rosy. The state has already paid over UAH 17 billion to help internally displaced persons. However, as the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Oksana Zholnovych said in an interview "Ukrainian Radio", some Ukrainians may be required to return cash payments.
She noted that state assistance for accommodation for internally displaced persons can demand back if the payments were received illegally.
